Frequently Asked Questions

• If I join and load all my data into my TLI Website but don't renew timely, will the data still be there once I renew? Yes. Even though visitors cannot see your data, it is still retained. Once you begin your payment plan again, all the data will again be visible. | • If I join before I have a Primary Website and consequently do not link to it, what happens if I later have a Primary Website? To link to your Primary Website, log in to your Admin section and add the website address to your Contact information, and check the Display Primary Website Link checkbox under the Home Page. Your Primary Site link will then be displayed. |

The Knowledge Base is a searchable database of questions and answers. If you have a more detailed question than is covered
in the Frequently Asked Questions section above, you can search our Knowledge Base. If you don't find the question and answer you are looking
for, you can submit a new question. You will receive an automatic eMail containing the answer
when the answer is posted. Thereafter, the question and answer will be available to all that search. In most cases, we are able to answer most
questions in 24 hours.
