  2. Searchable Knowledge Base. This is our preferred method of support. Please use this database of previously asked questions and answers. If you don't find the information you are looking for, please ask your question through the Knowledge Base. By doing so, your question and our answer will be posted there for others to find as well. Chances are, if you have the question, others will too. Although we also send a reply to your email, none of your information will be publicly displayed.
